Our goal is to give you nice, professionally made Debian GNU/Linux installation discs that fit in your pocket. The discs install the base system, any additional packages are then installed from a Debian mirror. We are a non-profit group, not a business. Your payment helps to cover our expenses for making the Debian CDs and sending them to you (envelopes and shipping costs).What about the money? Why only one CD?It's very cool to have an original Debian mini CD! You can start your installation with this, and finish it from a Debian mirror. If you need a full set of DVDs, please check the Debian CD vendor page.About the Debian CDYou can order from us the official Debian GNU/Linux installation disc. Currently we are making netinst CDs of the latest stable release made for the i386 and for the amd64 architectures. These contain all the files necessary to install a base Debian system. The shipping time is usually 2-6 weeks worldwide, but surface mail has no service guaranty and sometimes may take longer to deliver than expected.We would like our not European Union customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
